- Better Protection: Compared to SMS or email, Google Authenticator offers more protection, as codes are generated locally on your phone and not sent through potentially insecure channels.
- Simple Setup: It’s quick and easy to set up Google Authenticator with KIMP360. Once linked, the app will generate a 6-digit code that updates every 30 seconds, ensuring your login is always secure.
Getting Started with 2FA on KIMP360:
Enabling 2FA with Google Authenticator is easy.
- Go to My Profile on KIMP360.
- Enable 2-Factor Authentication.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account with Google Authenticator.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using the Google Authenticator app.
- Enter the code generated by the app, and you’re all set!
Trust This Device for 30 Days:
To streamline your experience, we’ve added a “Trust This Computer for 30 Days” option. Once selected, you won’t need to enter the 2FA code again on that device for the next 30 days, making frequent logins faster while maintaining security.
